Mike Shustak
Chief Meteorologist & Founder
Chief Meteorologist & Founder With more than 40 years in aviation meteorology, working for Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. Michael founded Fogbank Weather late in 2021 after many requests from the aviation community. He has a B.S. degree in Meteorology, with a minor in being able to bullshit (now Vermont State College at Lyndon) in Lyndonville, VT. HE is also certified as an FAA aviation weather specialist. His expertise in Northeast corridor weather patterns has made him a trusted resource for regional air carriers and private operators alike. His hobbies outside of weather are gardening, traveling, and coaching his grandson’s Little League team.

Gregory Jannone
Chief Meteorologist and Founder
Co-Founder of Fogbank. Greg brings nearly 40 years of specialized aviation weather experience. Previously he worked for a major weather and aviation company and owned his own landscaping company. His focus on turbulence forecasting and icing analysis has helped hundreds of pilots make safer go/no-go decisions. He has a degree in Meteorology from Lyndon State College, Lyndonville, VT. Greg loves following high school football, and gardening.

Caleb Kiser
Meteorologist
Meteorologist Caleb Kiser joined the Fogbank Weather Team as a staff meteorologist. He recently completed his master’s degree in Atmospheric Science at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and is fully prepared to handle operational weather forecasting. Throughout his time at UAH, he learned the importance of impactful weather forecasting and has forecasted different weather events for national field campaigns, including severe weather, hurricanes, and winter storms. In addition, he was a top student forecaster in a national forecasting competition called the WxChallenge, which pits meteorology students across the country against each other, the forecast models, and even professional meteorologists, as they forecasted for different airports across the country. Caleb also has a B.S. in Atmospheric and Earth Sciences, with an atmospheric sciences concentration, also from the University of Alabama. Additionally, he also has advanced training in radiosonde launches and operational weather forecasting. Outside of meteorology, he likes to photograph nature and is an avid train enthusiast.

Judd Karnilow
Meteorologist
Judd joined Fogbank as a staff meteorologist. He started loving weather and forecasting in junior and senior high school in New York. He attended Western Connecticut State College majoring in Meteorology. During college, he worked at Western Connecticut's Weather Center, forecasting for radio, utilities, newspapers and horse racing tracks, and others. After graduation he began working for a major weather and aviation company, briefing helicopter and airplane pilots both domestically and internationally. He also forecasted for many marine clients and progressed into a leadership role. Judd passed the difficult FAA Dispatch Course as well. He loves all types of weather but especially lake effect snow. His hobbies are sports, especially NFL and College Football, business, economy, and of course, weather.
